- You decide. There is no obligation. If an addition makes sense for you, we move to design and planning. If not, you keep the information — free.

The more detail you give us up front, the better we can prepare. Helpful information includes:
- The type of addition you want (bedroom, kitchen expansion, in-law suite, second story, etc.)
- Your city or neighborhood
- Whether you have an HOA, and any rules you already know about
- Your rough timeline — are you planning for this year, or just exploring?

How to Prepare for Your Consultation
You do not need to prepare anything formal, but a little groundwork helps us help you faster:
- Take a few photos of the area where you want to build, inside and outside.
- Note your HOA's name and any design rules you already know.
- Think about your must-haves versus nice-to-haves — what does the space need to do?
- Have a rough budget range in mind, even if it is wide. It helps us point you toward realistic options.
What We Will Never Ask For
We will never ask for payment information, deposits, or signed contracts through the contact form or by email. The form is only for starting a conversation. Any agreements happen later, in person or in writing, after you have met us and seen a real proposal.
